THE LONG NGUYEN & KIMMY DUONG SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS 2024-2025

Reston, VA, December 01st, 2023 — The Kimmy Duong Foundation is happy to announce our upcoming “Long Nguyen and Kimmy Duong Scholarship Programs – School Year 2024-2025”

This year, we plan to award 130 scholarships for the DMV area and 50 scholarships for the Southern California area:  

1. In DC/VA/MD, the scholarship program is dedicated to undergraduate students enrolled in:

  • The University of Maryland (UMD-CP, UMB, UMBC)
  • George Mason University (GMU)
  • NOVA Community College (NOVA)
  • Montgomery College (MC)
  • Virginia Tech (VT)
  • University of Virginia (UVA)
  • Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU)

Eligible students must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents.

2. In Southern California, the scholarship program is dedicated to undergraduate students enrolled in:

  • University of California LA (UCLA)
  • Cal State Long Beach (CSLB)
  • Cal Poly Pomona (CPP)
  • University of California Irvine (UCI)
  • Cal State Fullerton (CS_Fullerton)

Eligible students must be Vietnamese-American US Citizens or US Permanent Residents.

Established by Pragmatics Chief Financial Officer and Vice-Chair Kimmy Duong in 2015, the Kimmy Duong Foundation has committed to providing educational and humanitarian support for Vietnamese and American communities.
