Yihong Sun joined Pragmatics in November 2011 as Corporate Controller and assumed the role of Vice President of Finance in 2014. Ms. Sun holds responsibility for all corporate accounting and finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, management reporting, taxes, and audits.
Ms. Sun has in-depth experience in leading the corporate accounting and finance functions of growth-oriented technology companies. Prior to joining Pragmatics, she was the Corporate Controller for Paradigm Holdings, a publicly-traded information technology provider acquired by CACI. Prior to that, she was the Director of Financial Reporting for SI International, a publicly traded provider of IT and network solutions. While at SI International, Ms. Sun directed accounting and financial reporting functions during a period when nine acquisitions were integrated into the company and annual revenue grew from $100 million to nearly $600 million.
Ms. Sun is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Peking University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Toledo.
