Here are some of the measures we have taken.
Remote-Work
- Encourage staff to work remotely, if possible
- Implement Voluntary Telework Policy
- Released COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Telework Guidance
- Program managers work actively with clients to investigate possible paths for telework if the client doesn’t permit telework
- Travel and Event Restrictions
- Suspend all international business travel
- Meeting are encouraged to be conducted virtually
- Domestic business travel is only permitted as an absolute necessity
- Suspended participation in large industry events
Office Closures
- HQ office closures effective March 18th
- Closely monitor the situation until that time and give further guidance on possible continued telework
In-Office Protection
- 14-day self-quarantine for employees with recent international travel history
- 14-day self-quarantine for employees with pneumonia-like symptoms
- Rigorously follow CDC’s Coronavirus Guidelines and practice social distancing policy
Facility Hygiene
- Mandatory daily workstation cleaning and wipe-downs in the public office area
- Third-party vendor weekly deep cleaning for HQ
