Pragmatics Awarded Contract by Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
McLean, VA, January 26, 2009 — Pragmatics, Inc., a leading provider of information technology (IT) solutions and services for the federal government, today announced the award of a contract by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for Enterprise Systems Support Services (ESSS). Pragmatics is one of two providers selected to deliver operations and maintenance support and continuity of services for the OCC’s portfolio of deployed applications, business systems, tools, Web services, and data delivery/management resources. The multiple-award, performance-based contract has a value of $92 million over five years if all options are exercised.
The services the Pragmatics team will provide include application/business system/tool maintenance, data delivery/management, system engineering/architecture, production support/operations, technical assistance, process improvement, and transition management.

As a Treasury bureau, the OCC charters, regulates, and supervises national banks to ensure a safe, sound, and competitive banking system that supports both the citizens and the economy of the United States. Currently, the OCC supervises approximately 1,648 institutions with national bank charters and 50 federal branches of foreign banks in the United States.
