Reston, VA, April 10, 2019 – Pragmatics, Inc. announced today that its Information Technology (IT) Operations Group has been appraised at Maturity Level (ML) 3 of Capability Maturity Model (CMMI®) for Services (CMMI-SVC) Version 1.3. The IT Operations Group is responsible for the implementation, management, and monitoring of corporate IT tools, processes, and resources.
The CMMI-SVC Appraisal Team, comprised of Pragmatics employees led by a Lead Appraiser from Process Improvement and Compliance LLC, characterized as a global strength that our “universal approach to knowledge management incorporates multiple [IT] process frameworks … which facilitate organizational efficiency.” Seamlessly integrated in our corporate operations, these frameworks and certifications include: CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) ML5 Version 1.3; CMMI-SVC ML3; International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 (Information Security Management); ISO 20000-1 (Service Management); and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
