For an organization to achieve an IMS, its processes must be fully integrated and operate seamlessly as one single management system across the company/organization.
The surveillance audit was conducted by SRI, an ANAB-accredited registrar. Pragmatics’ IMS encompasses three standards certifications: ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, ISO/IEC-20000-1:2011 Service Management System, and ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management System. Pragmatics is extremely proud of its achievement of the full integration and successful audit.
This accomplishment demonstrates Pragmatics’ ability to deliver excellence in quality management, service management, and information security management for its corporate functions. This entails managing the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee data, and third-party information; ensuring product and services quality across the company; and managing associated risks.
