AAC, Inc., headquartered in Vienna, VA, was incorporated in 1983, and posted revenues of nearly $13 million in 2003. Approximately 110 AAC personnel, 85% of whom hold engineering degrees, address clients in both the public and private sectors. Among AAC's major customers in the public sector are the U.S. Navy (NAVSEA and SPAWAR), Federal Communications Commission and the National Library of Medicine. AAC has a field office in New Orleans, LA, and field sites in Washington, DC, and Gettysburg, PA. AAC supported the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) for fifteen years, providing a full range of communication and networking support services. AAC has provided analysis and design of wide area and local area networks; help desk and end-user support for all ADP functions; system management services on medium- and large-scale systems, such as DEC VAX and IBM 3090; overall management of the network, network gateways, and protocols associated with the network; and assisted in the design and upgrade of the current network environment. AAC designed, documented and currently maintains documentation of network cable plant, network components and network topology for NAVSEA.

VPSI is a strong team of expert consultants, systems engineers, and IT specialists. VPSI's mission is to provide innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions that are customized to the needs of our customers. The company brings an outstanding track record of providing excellent services to the Department of Navy and other Federal agencies in a variety of core competencies. VPSI is supporting the Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC) with systems engineering and management services. As a subcontractor, VPSI is also providing engineering requirements and program management support to the Program Office, C4I and Space, at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR).
