Pragmatics is an employee-owned small business that builds and maintains secure, reliable information systems for the Federal government. Pragmatics has over 300 employees in its facilities in McLean, Virginia, and at nine customer sites across the country. Pragmatics is one of the first companies in the world to achieve both SEI CMMI Level 4 and ISO 9001:2000. These awards mean reduced start up time, lower costs, higher quality, and enhanced software development predictability. Pragmatics has 17 active prime contracts with 12 Federal Agencies.

VI. Description of the Contractor's Quality Assurance Program
For each task, the Task Manager will prepare a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) that includes a detailed QA plan describing how we control our processes and assure that top quality products are delivered. The task QA plan will include metrics such as defect tracking and hours spent on technical processes such as design, development, and test activities. Quality reviews will be complete, comprehensive, and multi-tiered, including peer reviews, desktop reviews, In-process reviews, and event reviews.
