Use of the GSA Schedule is FAST !

  • Conforms to all Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) guidelines and regulations.
  • No formal advertising or Commerce Business Daily (CBD) synopsis required.
  • The ordering activity will save a tremendous amount of time, money, and paperwork, since the normal procurement process can be avoided.
  • Tasks can be in place and work started in as little as two weeks.

Use of the GSA Schedule is INEXPENSIVE !

  • GSA has already negotiated very competitive rates.
  • The customer pays nothing in pass-throughs, such as add-on dollars or other management fees.
  • The minimum order is $2,500, although orders of $50,000 or more are preferred.
  • There is no maximum.

Use of the GSA Schedule is FLEXIBLE !

  • Can be used to perform a single purchase order, or a BPA allowing for multiple tasks.
  • Pragmatics may bring on any company, at any time, as a subcontractor.
  • Since Pragmatics is a small, disadvantaged business, the ordering activity will get small business credit with the SBA for every dollar spent with Pragmatics.

Use of the GSA Schedule is LOW RISK !

  • Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Labor Rates.
  • The project may be broken into small tasks. New tasks can be issued after satisfactory performance on earlier tasks.
