Mike Yocom serves as senior vice president and general manager. In that role, he leads the development of the Defense Services and Solutions Division, which is focused on systems development and information technology infrastructure operations in the defense community.

Yocom has extensive experience in program execution and customer satisfaction for systems integration and consulting projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), including the Army, Navy, and Defense Information Systems Agency.  He also has experience with, and knowledge of, the Army and DoD information infrastructure and has provided support for the National Guard.

Prior to joining Pragmatics, Yocom was a vice president for SRA International, Inc.  He previously held contract implementation and systems integration and management positions at FC Business Systems and the Federal Systems Division of IBM.  Yocom served in the Army for 24 years, specializing in telecommunications management and data processing and retiring at the rank of colonel.  In his final assignment, he served as deputy chief of staff for operations and plans at 7th Signal Command, where he developed the first centralized Army-wide network and systems management center and consolidated mainframe data processing across the Army.

Yocom is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the Association of the United States Army.
