Steven Bracci, Chief Financial Officer

Steven Bracci is responsible for Pragmatics’ financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial strategy, and business planning. He also oversees tax functions and corporate acquisitions.

Bracci previously served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Nortel Government Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by Avaya, Inc., in 2009. He was most recently Executive Vice President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer of Avaya Government Solutions Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience as a financial executive, with expertise in government contracting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.

Bracci has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Connecticut and has completed executive program courses at George Washington University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
