Max Hall, Chief Operating Officer
As Pragmatics chief operating officer, Max Hall plays a critical role in delivering high-quality services and effective operational performance on a leading portfolio of federal government contracts. He leverages the company's performance excellence and best practices to increase organic growth.
Prior to joining Pragmatics, Hall spent 18 years at SRA International, where he served in a number of leadership roles in management and engineering across the company. His final position was senior vice president, Health & Civil Services Sector.
Hall was an officer in the U.S. Army for 14 years. In addition to command and staff positions, he served as branch chief for the Information Systems Engineering Command in West Germany and as a nuclear Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) systems engineer for the Defense Information Systems Agency in Washington, D.C.
He has a bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
