Martha Huelsbeck, Vice President

As Vice President, Financial Management and Planning, Martha Huelsbeck leads the development and implementation of financial planning processes, the implementation of new financial information systems, and the implementation of business planning improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining Pragmatics, Huelsbeck was Vice President, Financial Management and Planning for Vangent, Inc., and was later a financial management and planning consultant for the organization. She developed and implemented systems and processes to support business growth, developed high-level cost analyses, and directed federal project budgeting and forecasting. Before joining Vangent, Huelsbeck spent eight years as the Finance and Operations Director at the University of Iowa.

Huelsbeck is a CPA and received her master’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa.
