Joseph Miller, Vice President

Joseph Miller is Vice President and General Manager of Pragmatics’ Civilian Agency Services Division (CASD). He leads business activity across the federal civilian landscape, focusing on providing leading-edge technology services and solutions to customers including the Departments of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Justice.

Miller joined Pragmatics in 2010. He is an experienced leader who has managed large, diverse, and complex IT projects and programs.

Miller retired from the U.S. Army at the rank of Colonel following a distinguished 28-year career that included serving as the principal advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Near East and South Asian Affairs. Prior to joining Pragmatics, Miller spent more than 12 years at SRA International, where his most recent role was Vice President and Program Manager for the Communications and IT Support Program for U.S. European and U.S. Africa Commands.
