Carl Rosenblatt, Chief Business Development Officer

Carl Rosenblatt is Pragmatics’ Chief Business Development Officer. He leads the company’s business development group, working closely with the business divisions to develop and execute strategies to accelerate the growth of existing work and the capture of new business.  

Rosenblatt has 20 years of experience serving in leadership roles in sales and marketing, proposal management, account management, market research, and business capture. He was previously a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), heading the sales strategy group for the organization’s Washington Federal Practice. Prior to joining PwC, he held senior positions at SRA International, including Vice President and Director, Proposal Development Group. He was also Director, Proposal Management Group, at BearingPoint.

He has a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard University.
